Spiderman, Spiderman, does whatever a spider can.. :) We saw 'Spiderman' last weekend - can ya tell? Definitely a decent flik - fun for the whole family and all that. I think the 'big screen' makes a difference in this one too - if you havn't yet make the time to see it in a theater. Actually we went to see Star Wars but the lines were so long we bailed on that idea (after much indecision) and opted for Spidey instead.

So, I have quite a few more pages ready to go up, but... somehow somewhere I got nimda/hai/nimdaA/badtrans ohh baby those are driving me crazy, so until i figure out why all my cleaning efforts seem to keep failing and I am sure I am clean I won't touch my servers..

I just finished reading Jean M Auel's new book "The Shelters of Stone" and am working on a review of that, I also have reviews of Harry Potter 1 & 2. I also have a SEO/SEM "How To" quick and dirty that a client asked me to write for their webmaster to have handy, I am cleaning up what's there but their webmaster will take over once I am done - that will go up after polishing (still somewhat of a rough draft), I have also been noting the most common questions asked in the forums and will add pages about those first, seems more important than the stuff you can find on every site. One towards the top is header tags, what they are and how to use them effectivly (as in not for All your text).

So that's about it for now and probably for the next few weeks as I won't be around much until after the 1st. Have a happy & healthy!

Alright. Let's try this again. See, I tried to post a few days ago.. had a rather long one written, and BAM dam thing wouldn't post - then it all locked up.. lost it all got so disgusted I just left.

Gotta rant for you.

I have a client, kinda new - but not, that wanted my help. See he was paying this chick $145.00 per month for her to spam the S**t out of his site (were talking 1x1 gif's - hidden text, spammed meta and comment tags - totally useless doorways (which I hesitate to even call them that as they were the worst attempts at a doorway I have ever seen) and on and on Puh-LEEZ - here's the thing, I logged into the server tonight to fix a link for him - I noticed a page called 'Summary'.. so I grabbed it to take a look. Not only was it all his personal contact info - it was all his *seo* info as well. Including a 'submission' report. A report that listed about 50 FFA's. I almost choked on my water.. then - for good measure - i got to choke it down before spitting it all over my laptop.

Where do these *seo's* get off charging a buck-fifty for this crap. Less than an hours worth of work a month, probably even less than that, probably using an auto-submitter and getting this poor man (not cash poor I just feel really bad for him) links on FFA's EVERYWHERE. She was doing this for months! And with No Results! I know - he showed me the reporting then I did my own. His only traffic is from his own efforts at directory listings - fortunately that was enough for him... well, now he will see what real results are like!

Ok, I promised myself I would start posting at least every other day. So - here's where i'm at: (yesh as if ANYONE is even reading this besides me..)
I just went on a 'domain' buying spree :D I now have 'spider-eyes.net' and 'spidereyes.net' some cybersquatter had 'spidereyes.com' :/ doesn't even have a site up. Doesn't that just bite! One day.. it Will be mine. Now, I won't be making sites, they are just to protect my very valuable brand name.. um hm. I am Sure I will get some serious ROI out of this ;) jess kidding. I'm not that dumb.

Added alot more content last weekend and again last night. To bad So Cal Road Runner SUCKS. I couldn't connect to FTP. Every time I did the whole connection locked up. Of course it isn't anything They are doing.. It's all my fault. That's why everytime I try to use my desktop to connect the whole damn thing chokes up, but my laptop is usually fine. Really need to figure that out - or perhaps swap the adapter like the tech suggested. Hmm.. would require getting off my butt.. hmm.. perhaps. It's getting that bad.

Anyways, the new content. Been adding the easy stuff.. movies, music, nothing really mind blowing. I have been working on a SEO How-To guide for someone that will get posted once it's done. I am much more picky about that kind of stuff than I am about the *personal* stuff. That will not go up until I am 100% satisfied with it.. which could be a really long time..
